The custom hand-work shop is where AST Sales' craftsmen do all the work by hand. Whether it is vulcanizing rubber, slitting and bonding rubber, sewing fabrics or making packing rings, this department can turn out quality work in the shortest of times.

Vulcanizing Heat Process

The custom hand-work shop allows us to create products that are too big to be created in the machine shop. This shop also makes custom seals and has the capability for vulcanizing (heat process that bonds rubber).
